Beyond The Castle is an award-winning virtual tour that allows visitors of Milan’s Sforza Castle to travel back to the 15th century and defend it from a mysterious enemy.

As art director of the project, I had the opportunity to shape the experience from its very name. I designed the website, the on-site installation and the launch campaign, creating photography and commissioning a video and a key artwork.

Between March 2018 and September 2020, more than 10'000 people travelled back in time to defend Milan's Castle.
